Job Description

Starling Physicians is seeking a full time Advanced Practice Provider to join our Endocrinology Department.

Responsibilities include:

• Ideal candidate will be an experienced APP licensed in Connecticut, preferable experienced in diabetes.

• Certified Diabetes Educator a plus, but others are encouraged to apply.

Requirements include:

• Valid Connecticut license is required.

• Experienced in diabetes preferred.

• Certified Diabetes Educator a plus, but others are encouraged to apply.
