Job Summary

Responsible for the maintenance of the hemodialysis machines and water systems.

Responsibilities

Responsible for cleaning and maintenance of Bicarb delivery system, R/O water system, and hemodialysis machine.
Assists with receiving, storage and rotation of Dialysis supply inventory.
Maintains essential records for QC Monitoring.
Responsible for monitoring eye wash and refrigerator monitoring logs.
Assists with break down of Dialysis machines as needed.
Assists with patient transfers and weighing as needed.
Adheres to Infection Control practices in the Dialysis unit.
Adheres to patient confidentiality.
Performs any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

EXPERIENCE
- Prefer 1 yr hospital experience and / or 1 yr hemodialysis experience
EDUCATION
- Minimum - High School diploma; preferred - 2 yr. College degree
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
- BLS Certification
