Our signature CoTherapy + Coaching model places two professionals in the room for every session, offering clients dual insight, accelerated breakthroughs, and a premium experience. Sessions follow a standard 2-hour formatwith options for intensives, retreats, and workshops.

We guide clients through the Unity9 Relationship System™, a proven framework that equips couples to move beyond surface-level fixes and into lasting unity.

What You’ll Do

• Co-lead 2-hour relationship sessions with another strategist

• Guide couples and families through the Unity9 Relationship System™

• Facilitate immersive intensives, retreats, and workshops

• Collaborate with team members to innovate and elevate the Real Connections experience

• Serve clients with excellence, faith, and professionalism

Who You Are

• Licensed (LMFT, LMHC, LPC, Psychologist) or equivalent — but more importantly, committed to relationship transformation over clinical tradition

• Experienced with couples and families facing disconnection, chronic illness, infidelity, and major life transitions

• Thrives in collaboration and team-based leadership

• Comfortable with affluent clients and a luxury-level service model

• Faith-rooted, able to integrate spirituality when appropriate

• Entrepreneurial in spirit — excited to grow with a brand redefining relational coaching
