Position Highlights:

* 70% Outpatient Panel Care: Provide longitudinal care to a dedicated patient panel in a clinic setting.

* 20% Inpatient Responsibilities: Participate in hospital rounding and weekend coverage to support continuity of care.

* Hospital Rounding: 7 consecutive days of rounding, approximately 4-6 times per year.

* Weekend Hospital Shifts: One 8-12-hour shift per month, which may include overnight coverage.

* Collaborative Coverage Model: Partner with hospitalists to provide backup weekend coverage and coordinate holiday schedules.
