North Carolina Surgery is seeking an Acute Care Surgeon to join their growing team. The board-certified surgeons group offer advanced training and the latest techniques in various specialty areas while focusing on giving patients undivided attention. Joining a group of 5 acute care surgeons covering a busy community hospital (not a trauma center) and part of the UNC system.
Responsibilities
?Manage acute care surgical issues for the ER, ICU, and hospital-based consults
?Support General Surgery, Colorectal, Surgical Oncology, and Wound care divisions at night and in the ER
?Rounding on inpatients as well as 2 clinics per week Details
?Experienced or fellowship in Acute Care surgery preferred
?High complex cases
?APP's part of the program

North Carolina Medical License, DEA License, BLS/ACLS certification preferred. Board certified in Internal Medicine.
