Overview
The Graphic Design & Brand Coordinator plays a pivotal role in enhancing Beebe's internal brand identity and visual communications. This position is designed to reduce reliance on external vendors by providing in-house graphic design expertise and brand coordination across the entire MarCom team. The role supports priority service lines, internal projects, and digital platforms, ensuring cohesive and consistent brand representation.
Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality graphic design for priority service lines and internal initiatives.
Develop and maintain branded templates for non-priority design requests.
Provide design support for digital platforms including the website, Beebe Net, and social media.
Serve as the internal brand owner and coordinator, ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
Collaborate with marketing coordinators and service lines to understand project needs and deliver effective visual solutions.
Contribute to the development of internal processes that streamline design workflows and improve service delivery.
Support the MarCom team in elevating the organization?s visual identity and storytelling.
Completes design projects on time and in line with brand standards.
Earns positive feedback from internal clients.
This role works a hybrid schedule, nights and weekends may be required for special projects and/or events or in the event of a disaster/crisis.
Qualifications
Experience and Education Required
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field, and 3-4 years of professional experience in graphic design (preferably in a healthcare or corporate setting); or an associate's degree plus 4-6 years of experience; or 6-8 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects) and other design tools.
Strong understanding of branding principles and visual storytelling.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
