The role you'll contribute:
Supervise and support the daily activities and performance of Hospital Liaisons. Collaborate with Hospital Services leadership to ensure department alignment and operational excellence. Develop and monitor staff to effectively communicate data and insights to hospital personnel at all levels. Conduct field observations to provide timely coaching, counseling, and educational support to liaisons. Oversee hospital education activities, ensuring hospitals and units are trained on the organ donation process. Collaborate with the Manager/Director of Hospital Services to design, promote, and implement cross-functional strategies that enhance hospital engagement and donation outcomes. Assists in the recruitment and onboarding of hospital liaison staff. Facilitate the onboarding process by ensuring all hospital liaison hires receive comprehensive training on their job duties and responsibilities.

- Manages and oversees pharmacy practice programs.
- Collaborates effectively with other hospital departments and strategic business unit leaders to promote cooperation and efficiency in providing patient pharmacy care needs.
- Provides departmental and institutional leadership for medical staff committees, hospital groups, taskforces, and approved external programs and organizations.
- Serves as a departmental resource and liaison to physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and other hospital personnel.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed :
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years of experience in communications, marketing, nursing or healthcare [Required]
- 1 of leadership experience
