Summary:
This role supports the day-to-day activities of the Strategic Performance Measurement team within UNC Health System's Transformation Office. Responsibilities include facilitating the development, monitoring, and reporting of UNC Health's strategic and organizational goals.
Responsibilities: 1. Analysis: Analyzes and resolves complex issues to maximize efficiency. Ensures all proper internal controls are in place to safeguard the assets of the system and satisfy internal and external regulatory requirements.
2. Program Administration: Plan, develop and coordinate activities related to goal development, ensuring alignment with UNC Health's strategic priorities.
3. Performance Measurement: Coordinate the performance measurement function, including the development and design of dashboards and the reporting of goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and delivery of actionable insights.
4. Communication and Relationships: Build and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization to inform and drive goal development. Deliver presentations to leaders on program performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
5. Strategic Planning: Interface with all UNC Health entities and effectively communicate strategies, successfully elicit support and provide assistance implementing those strategies.
