Position Overview:

Lancaster Medical Center is seeking an experienced Vascular Surgery Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our dynamic Vascular Surgery team. This is a hospital-employed position with responsibilities across inpatient, outpatient, and operative settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in vascular surgery patient management and proven surgical first assist experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Vascular Surgery Physicians to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Manage vascular surgery patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including pre- and post-operative care.
• Serve as a surgical first assist in the Operating Room.
• Participate in care coordination, clinical decision-making, and continuity of care for vascular surgery patients.
• Contribute to patient education, discharge planning, and multidisciplinary care discussions.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current licensure as a PA-C or CRNP in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 2 years? experience in vascular surgery or a related surgical specialty strongly preferred.
• Required: Surgical first assist experience in vascular surgery procedures.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
