The Operations Manager is responsible for managing a moderate sized team of non-exempt and exempt direct reports, including at least one supervisor and overseeing the day-to-day operations and financial performance of one to two primary locations, with additional oversight responsibilities for one to two more locations within the region.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling, billing, and medical records management.
2. Oversee people management responsibilities, including hiring, firing, performance evaluations, and rewards.
3. Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, including revenue, expenses, and accounts receivable.
4. Collaborate with healthcare providers and clinical staff to implement quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care outcomes.
5. Monitor key performance indicators related to patient satisfaction, appointment wait times, and clinical outcomes.
6. Assist the Regional Manager with operational, HR, and quality functions across the region.
7. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
9. Other duties assigned.

1. Education: Associates degree required. In lieu of an Associate's degree, minimum four years of experience in healthcare leadership is required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
