What You?ll Do:
Receive, log, label, store, and ship test articles and samples
Track inventory and maintain accurate records
Hand out and collect materials for lab staff and technicians
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with SOPs and GLP standards
Respond to internal requests and resolve discrepancies
Help maintain storage units and may assist with alarm response (on-call)

Attention to Detail - Accurate logging, labeling, and inventory tracking
Organization - Efficient handling of materials and sample workflows

Education/Experience:
Associate?s degree (experience may be substituted for level of education)
Experience with internal/external customer service
Ability to use a variety of computer applications and proficient at the department specific software used
Excellent documentation skills
