The role you'll contribute:
The Associate Enterprise Imaging Administrator is primarily responsible for basic level onsite Picture Archiving Communications Systems (PACS) support for AdventHealth Radiology and Cardiology imaging applications and hardware equipment. The Associate Imaging Administrator is required to report onsite at their associated AdventHealth facilities, work throughout the duration of their shift, and is responsible for promptly resolving PACS incidents and requests via the ServiceNow ticketing system while adhering to the organization's established service level agreements (SLAs). Additionally, this role acts as an Information Technology resource to all imaging clinical staff, Radiologists, and Cardiologists and supports the department with day-to-day technology incidents & requests which include but not limited to: ServiceNow tickets, imaging workflow build & configuration, voice dictation & reporting, modality configuration & connectivity, diagnostic equipment, participation of project tasks, archiving, prefetching, new initiatives, and other related imaging systems and components. - Provides onsite PACS support for radiology and cardiology imaging applications and hardware equipment.
- Resolves PACS incidents and requests via the ServiceNow ticketing system while adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Acts as an Information Technology resource to imaging clinical staff, supporting day-to-day technology incidents and requests.
- Supports imaging workflow build and configuration, voice dictation and reporting, modality configuration and connectivity, and diagnostic equipment.
- Participates in project tasks, archiving, prefetching, new initiatives, and other related imaging systems and components.
- Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and resolves PACS incidents and requests.
- Adheres to established service level agreements (SLAs) and ticket processing guidelines.
- Serves as an Information Technology resource between imaging clinical staff, Radiologists, Cardiologists, and third-party vendors.
- Provides prompt technical support and resolution for all Enterprise Imaging systems.
- Engages with AIT resources, third-party vendors, and clinical staff to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with PACS diagnostic stations/scanners and modality & imaging network connectivity.
- Performs routine system and preventive maintenance, testing, and installations on PACS applications and hardware equipment.
- Supports the daily operation of imaging departments.
Qualifications
The expertise and experience you'll need to succeed:
- Associate in Healthcare, Business, IT, or related field Preferred or
- Bachelor's in Healthcare, Business, IT, or related field Preferred
- 1 Work Experience Required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work courteously and effectively with all levels of customers including team members, leadership, physicians, clinical staff and vendors
- Basic level of knowledge & understanding in a clinical informatics environment
- Strong analytical, organizational, technical, & project management skills
- Ability to prioritize / multitask and complete several projects / initiatives within established deadlines in the order of greatest importance with little supervision

- Certified PACS Associate (CPAS) Preferred
- Certified Imaging Informatics Professional (CIIP) Preferred

- Non-Cert Radiologic Tech Reg (NCT) Preferred
