Employment Opportunity Details:
- Full- Time. Call Schedule: 1:4
- Blend of inpatient, outpatient and dialysis center care
- Work with an Advanced Practice Provider, who shares visit requirements for dialysis patient care in multiple Dialysis Centers.
- Administrative time built into schedule

Qualifications:
- US BE/BC Nephrology MD/DO
- US Residency and Nephrology Fellowship
- Indiana license/eligible
- Consistent and consecutive employment/training history
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to provide high quality patient care
