Seeking a BC/BE neonatologist to join our team of 18 neonatologists and 13 ARNPs covering NICUs in the Seattle metro area.

• Services provided at 5 facilities including one Level IV, two Level III, and two Level II NICU's
• All have sub-specialty support including pediatric surgery, pediatric pulmonology and pediatric gastroenterology
• All services are provided with the exception of ECMO and cardiac surgery (do deliver and care for pre-operative congenital heart disease)
• Most shifts are 24 hours with a portion of day shifts and night time back up call from home
• Teaching opportunities available with medical students, residents, nurses, RTs, and other clinical staff including NRP and STABLE programs
• Participant in the Vermont Oxford Network and actively participate in Mednax QI programs

Pay Range (Base Pay): $200,000 - $300,000

Other Types of Pay: Opportunity for bonus potential.

Regular full-time is classified as team members who are consistently scheduled and work 30 hours or more on a weekly basis. Regular full-time team members are eligible for the following:

NOTE: Team members at least 21 years old and are active full-time or part-time employee are eligible to participate in our 401(k) Plan at the time of hire. Team Members are eligible to begin participating in the ESPP if they have been employed by Pediatrix for two consecutive months prior to the start of each calendar quarterly offering period and are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours per week for five consecutive months during the year.

Paid Sick Leave:

Eligible full-time team members will receive a lump-sum grant of 70 hours or eight days, whichever is more beneficial to the team member, of paid sick leave each year on January 1. A newly hired full-time team member will receive a prorated lump-sum grant after working for 90 days. A lumpsum grant will then be provided on January 1 in each subsequent year as long as the team member remains eligible. Unused sick leave granted under this policy does not carry over from one year to the following year.
