Mid = $78,267.35
Max = $93,920.82

Summary:

The Provider Recruiter provides full-cycle Provider recruitment including pre-screening, interviews, position presentations, and negotiating offer compensation terms based on the strategic planning of current or future needs within the Yuma community. The Provider Recruiter serves as a resource to move candidates to serve the community through credentialing and licensing individuals towards start of practice.

Responsibilities:

Sources all candidates and is responsible for pre-screening, phone interview, presentation of position and circulating qualified candidates and gather feedback to proceed to next steps.

Arranges next step candidate in-person interviews, collaborating with various departments, and if mutual interest thereafter, works with administration to make and negotiate compensation terms.

Advertises for position through multiple avenues, including print, web, social media and other sources, including data mining within candidate databases.

Moves candidate to community and coordinates credentialing, enrollment of provider and start of practice.

Assists with Provider Relations events.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Two (2) or more years related experience
• BACHELOR'S DEGREE
