Position Overview:

Aspire Hearing is seeking an Audiologist to join their Winter Haven team-full-time or part-time options available based on candidate preference.

This role is focused on adult diagnostics, hearing aid fittings and follow-ups, tinnitus management, cerumen management, and patient counseling. The practice offers a 4-day workweek, a supportive team, and opportunities for professional growth.

• Conduct hearing evaluations for patients ages 4 and up
  
• Fit and program hearing aids using real-ear verification and best practices
  
• Provide wax removal using suction, instrumentation, and the Earigator
  
• Educating patients on hearing health, devices, and communication strategies
  
• Troubleshoot hearing aids and assist with Bluetooth/app support
  
• Take impressions for earmolds and hearing protection
  
• Collaborate with the internal team and outside providers
  
• Participate in occasional outreach and educational events
  
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  

• Au.D. preferred (Master's accepted); Florida license or eligibility required.
  
• Proficient with hearing aid technology and fitting software
  
• Skilled in patient counseling and creating a positive care experience
  
• Team-oriented with strong communication and follow-through
  
• Private practice experience is a plus but not required
  

• Salary Plus Bonus ($95,000-$105,000)
