Meet our team

Amy Goble

Vice President

Amy is responsible for the overall operations, growth and development of the Health Career Center (formerly AHACareerCenter.org) and manages the American Hospital Association partnership with the National Healthcare Career Network (NHCN).

She has worked for the Health Career Center since its inception in 2007 and with the AHA since 1995. Amy has served in a variety of roles including sales and account management, working with products and services that have earned the AHA Endorsement. Amy’s close ties to human resources began with a previous career in retirement plan services, employee benefits and managed care. She is a member of the AHA’s Workforce Committee and the American Society of Healthcare Human Resources Administration (ASHHRA).

Amy has a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Texas, Austin, TX and considers herself a Texan. However, she loves to travel, enjoys paddle-boarding, snow skiing and generally being outside.

Jonas Moskowitz

Sales Manager

As the manager of the sales team, Jonas sells recruitment advertising for the Health Career Center (formerly AHACareerCenter.org) to healthcare facilities looking to hire quality healthcare professionals. Jonas has worked in sales and sales management for over a decade. Previous experience includes selling healthcare recruitment solutions for CareerBuilder. Additionally, Jonas worked for Cars.com and Trunk Club in sales, management, product management and training capacities.

As for hobbies, Jonas loves to travel. In fact, he is in the early stages of planning a trip to Thailand or Portugal. His travel bug probably stems from the fact that he’s always been interested in learning languages and is currently attempting to learn to speak Japanese. And watch out for Jonas on the tennis court – he’s been a tennis player since he was big enough to hit the ball without falling over.

Jonas has a Bachelor’s degree of Philosophy from Purdue University and attended Krannert Graduate School of Business where he received a Master’s degree in Statistics. He also has a JD from Indiana University.

Jack Lafferty

Sales Representative

As a member of the sales team, Jack assists hospitals and healthcare systems with recruitment advertising across all phases of the healthcare continuum using exclusive resources of the Health Career Center (formerly AHACareerCenter.org). Specifically, he calls on the recruitment team within healthcare organizations and helps them diversify their recruitment efforts in order to get their positions in front of top-tier candidates.

Jack has an entrepreneurial spirit, having worked with a few start-up companies, but most recently he worked for CareerBuilder, where the American Hospital Association was one of his customers. Jack came on board in February 2014 and is excited to be a part of an amazing team! He’s been in sales his whole career and really enjoys working with people.

In his free time, Jack enjoys sports - mostly football (GO BEARS!!) and baseball. He also likes to read, travel with his wife, Hillary, and hang out and laugh with good friends. He is the youngest of seven children, so he also enjoys spending time with his family. And, Jack and his wife had their first child in September 2014.

Jack graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising/Marketing.

Caitlin Hennessy

Client Satisfaction Representative

As the Client Satisfaction Representative, Caitlin acts as a concierge, serving as the primary customer-relations contact for hospitals and health systems. She is responsible for leading the onboarding of new key account customers and providing monthly reports to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Caitlin has been working in customer service for the better half of the past decade. Prior to joining the Health Career Center (formerly AHACareerCenter.org), Caitlin worked as an office representative for State Farm Insurance and played a significant role in customer relations. Working as a part-time manager at a busy restaurant at a Big 12 school has taught her many important qualities that shape tremendous customer service. Her knack for sales and how the process works reflects that.

Caitlin graduated from the University of Kansas in 2013 with a Bachelor’s degree in American Studies and Communications. She focused on the study of history, literature and critical theory including fields as diverse as, but not limited to, law, art, media, religion and sociology.

Sarah Strawn

Senior Marketing Specialist

Sarah is a member of the marketing team working to develop and implement all marketing activities for the Health Career Center. She also works closely with the sales team to address its various marketing needs.

Prior to working for the Health Career Center, Sarah worked as an Associate Market Manager for a large office supply retailer managing the marketing activities and promotions for the sales teams. Sarah also has marketing experience in labor law compliance and insurance industries. 

In her free time, Sarah loves to travel. She studied abroad in Alicante, Spain during college, and can’t seem to kick the travel bug. When Sarah’s not planning her next trip, she enjoys reading, taking spin classes, and cheering on the Chicago Blackhawks and Minnesota Gophers.

Sarah received a Bachelor’s degree in Business-Marketing from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities.
