PeaceHealth is seeking a Program Manager, System Clinical Pharmacy in Vancouver, Washington……
The Program Manager, System Clinical Pharmacy leads systemwide formulary management and clinical pharmaceutical care coordination. This strategic role reports directly to the System VP of Clinical Pharmacy and collaborates with pharmacy leaders across the organization to drive excellence in pharmacotherapy, patient safety, and cost-effective care.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate the system Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T) Committee.
Develop and implement a systemwide formulary review schedule and oversee systemwide Medication Use Evaluations (MUEs).
Standardize clinical pharmacy care methods and documentation practices.
Oversee clinical pharmacist competency
Drive system-level clinical, cost-saving, and patient safety initiatives.
Develop strong relationships with physician and pharmacy leadership across the system
Serve as a clinical resource for specialty collaboratives, drug contracts, purchasing, and risk management.
Create and/or provide educational content for training of pharmacists, interns, and students.
Set systemwide clinical practice and performance standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a CPE-accredited school (required); Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred.
PGY-1 and/or PGY-2 Pharmacy Residency or 5+ years of advanced pharmacotherapy practice.
3+ years of clinical pharmacy leadership experience.
Experience mentoring pharmacists and pharmacy interns.
Pharmacist license in state of Washington, Oregon or Alaska.
Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) or other Board Certification preferred.
Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and pharmacy software applications.

The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $181,979 - $274,352 annually. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.
