Team Lead-Patient Accts
SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Patient Accounts Director, serves as a resource for staff and ensures workflows are followed. Troubleshoots complex billing scenarios and escalates, as needed. Assists with special projects, as assigned. Conducts ongoing training/in-services for staff and is responsible for training of new employees; manages account receivable activities to ensure optimal revenue outcomes and customer experience. EXPERIENCE:Minimum of 3 years experience in a patient account-related position preferred; 5 years billing and payer experience preferred.
