Department

• Develops and maintains detailed project schedules. (15%)
• Participates in project and partner team meetings. (15%)
• Coordinates various meetings. (15%)
• Maintains project calendars. (15%)
• Ensures ongoing coordination between staff, healthcare coalition, funding agencies, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. (15%)
• Prepares and reconciles meeting agendas and minutes. (15%)
• Maintains files of all project documents. (10%)

• Bachelor's Degree Required

• 1-3 years of coordinating projects and collaborating with partners to achieve common goals and outputs. Required

• Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficient in project planning and life cycle development.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
