To perform the work necessary to process an accurate and efficient hospital patient registration and secure the necessary supporting documentation. RESPONSIBILITIES Prioritizes the accurate identification of all patients, committing to using precise approaches in order to verify patient identity and assure the proper matching and/or creation of the patient record. Communicates duplications or deviations from standards to appropriate parties and timely manner.
