The role you'll contribute:
Coordinate the work order request system, maintain logs and records for recurring inspections by outside agencies, use the Trane Tracer ES Building Automation System to adjust room temperatures and be a first responder for emergencies requiring the use of fire alarm panels, security lock system, medical gas alarm panels and order repair parts for the maintenance staff.
The value you'll bring to the team:
Manages the Maintenance Management system to efficiently prioritize work orders submitted by hospital staff.
Develops work order tasks and establishes the preventive maintenance schedule in collaboration with the Plant Operations Manager.
Orders parts for maintenance technicians to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
Maintains proficiency in operating several alarm notification systems.
Fully operates the building automation system.
Manages record-keeping requirements for external inspections by Authorities Having Jurisdiction.
Attends all required safety training programs and understands responsibilities related to general and job-specific safety.
Follows the Hospital Exposure Control Plans for Bloodborne and Airborne Pathogens.
Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors, and fellow employees.
Promotes effective working relations and works as part of a team to meet departmental goals.
Attains all agreed-upon goals and objectives within specified time frames.
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed :

High School Grad or Equiv
Preferred qualifications :
Experience using CMSS to manage the work order process
