Metro MRI Center has provided affordable Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) services to the Quad City area (Moline, Rock Island, Davenport, and Bettendorf) and the surrounding communities since 1990. Following the opening of its site in Moline with a high-field MRI scanner, Metro began a new era of diagnostic services in its community, offering the highest level in quality care using the most advanced imaging technology available. Not only that, Metro MRI’s clinics offer evening and eekend hours. 

Metro MRI Center is seeking a professional and patient-focused Patient Care Tech Aide.

Summary:  The Patient Care Tech Aide is responsible for greeting patients, confirming identification of patient. This PCTA will also aide in determining the type of imaging study necessary for each patient and prepares paperwork for the technologists.  This may include positioning patients, transporting patients, and preparing scan rooms. The PCTA may also have various office duties that may include ordering and maintain office supplies and operating office machinery (copiers, computers and fax machines).

Required Skills and Experience

• High School Graduate or Equivalent
• BLS Certification

Desired Professional Skills and Experience

• CMA or CNA
• ICD-10 and CPT-4 Coding / Insurance Billing Knowledge
• Previous Healthcare Experience

The hourly range for this position is $19.00-$24.00.
