The role you'll contribute:

The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients as medically prescribed, in a professional manner and within hospital standards, adhering to the corporate compliance plan and all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state, and federal agencies, and accrediting bodies.

The value you'll bring to the team:

• Articipates in practice changes resulting from performance improvement activities and supports departmental quality standards and initiatives.
• Meets productivity standards as defined by the department.
• Oversees the care provided by physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation therapy aides, according to established regulations and practice standards
• Adjusts and adapts to changes in patient census by altering working hours and assisting in other centers or programs as needed.

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

Required qualifications:

• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) and
• Physical Therapist (PT) or
• Temp Physical Therapist Assistant (PTAT) Required or

Preferred qualifications:

• Doctorate
• 1 Work Experience
