DescriptionWe’re looking for a Medical Scribe to join the team at our Stein Eye Calabasas location. In this role, you’ll provide vital administrative support to physicians in the Department of Ophthalmology by assisting with accurate and timely documentation of patient care. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Documenting patient history, review of systems, physical exam findings, progress notes, and procedure notes in real-timeSupporting follow-up documentation related to lab results, diagnostics, consults, and patient care plansEnsuring medical record documentation is complete and assisting physicians with encounter closureMonitoring documentation workflows
