Position Overview:

Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis is looking for a full-time Social Worker to join our outpatient adult HIV treatment and prevention team. This position offers a Monday shift from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM and Tuesday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no weekends or on-call responsibilities.

As part of a multidisciplinary clinical care setting, you will work closely with a large social work team and be an integral part of the medical care team. You will carry a caseload of individuals living with HIV, providing ongoing assessments, referrals, and assistance with applications for grant-specific programs. Experience in HIV case management is a plus!

Qualifications & Requirements:

Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW).
Indiana licensure or license eligibility as an LSW or LCSW.
HIV case management experience highly preferred.
Strong assessment, referral, and documentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
