Ambassador, Part Time
Job Description The Ambassador is the initial, positive contact point for patient, visitor, and customer encounters. Duties include basic office procedures, telephone and face-to-face customer communications, and other clerical duties to support the facility. The Ambassador will be at specific entrances within the hospital and will provide a warm, professional, and friendly greeting to those who enter the building. Ensure communication about visitor policy including masking. Ensure that necessary personal protective equipment is accessible for those entering the building at various entrances. Provide information and direction to any patient and/or visitor of the facility at an information desk.
