Responsible for assisting with the administration of all benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-and long-term disability, and voluntary benefits. Plays a key role in reviewing and approving benefit enrollment events, entering, processing, and auditing employee-related information in various systems. Key to providing customer service for the department serving as a resource, providing guidance to employees regarding policies, procedures and systems. Responsible for accurate, high volume data entry and auditing related to benefit activities and processing into systems. Displays strong written and verbal communication, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Interacts with various benefits vendors to ensure the accuracy of system data and employee records of coverage.
