Role Overview:

As a Research Technician, you will be an essential part of our research team, working hands-on with a variety of laboratory techniques and equipment. Your contributions will help accelerate discoveries that improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities include:

• Laboratory Support: Prepare and maintain lab equipment, instruments, solutions, stains, assays, and other essential supplies.
• Biobank management: Manage the lab's own clinical biobank and its inventory, physically arrange the freezers, and retrieve & prepare samples for various projects.
• Techniques & Assays: Perform specialized techniques, such as cell culture, cell separation, electrophoresis, TIA, ELISA etc.
• Processing Clinical Samples: Register, process, and store various samples (Blood, surgical tissue, biopsy material).
• Primary cell line handling: Process fresh surgical samples and generate & maintain patient-derived primary cell lines.
• Data Management: Record and analyze research data, prepare reports, and provide insights to the research team.
• Collaboration: Assist peers and researchers with ongoing projects, fostering a team-oriented, supportive environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field or a Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience.
• Proven laboratory skills and the ability to handle diverse tasks in a research setting.
