Minimum of ten years of experience as a practicing physician in pediatric patient care.
Prior experience in an environment of appropriate size, scale, and complexity – progressive senior leadership experience in a multi-site academic health system or integrated academic delivery network.
Experience leading successful quality programs in a large academic healthcare system and demonstrated success deploying high reliability systems to improve quality, safety, and patient experience.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to deal positively with constituents inside and outside the organization.
Aspirational, passionate, and committed leader who strives for excellence with the ability to motivate and empower others to do the same.
