Coordinator Referrals Lead - Primary Pediatric
DescriptionSummary:This position is responsible for overseeing the staff is completing the entire referral process beginning with physician?s orders and that the authorizations for procedures, office visits, high tech imaging and prescriptions are completed in a timely manner. The lead must maintain knowledge of insurance policy guidelines and communicating any changes to clinicians and staff. They are to make sure the patients are scheduled timely and without delay. Must be up to date on all CPT and ICD 10 codes to process referral properly.
