Patient Relations Liaison
OverviewThe Patient Relations Liaison is responsible for the intake, collaboration, and resolution of patient and family complaints/grievances. Responds to patient and patient family complaints /grievances, resolving patient issues whenever possible, and reporting unresolved issues for investigation and follow-up. Works daily with private, protected information and sensitive situations. Works independently, consistently utilizing existing policies to address complaints and grievances in a manner that maintains organizational compliance with regulatory guidelines.
