Position Summary

We currently have positions available in Phoenix, Avondale, and Gilbert.

This position provides occupational therapy services to a pediatric population, neonate to adolescent, including evaluation and treatment in independent living, sensory-motor integration, cognitive and psychosocial skill.

Education

• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  (Required)

Experience

• pediatrics (Preferred)
• ortho, neuro, developmental pediatric experience (Preferred)

Certifications

• Certification with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
  (Required)
• Eligible for a State of Arizona Occupational Therapist license
  (Required)
• Current AZ DPS fingerprint clearance card prior to start date
  (Required)
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association prior to start date (Required)

Special Skills

• pediatric experience (Preferred)
