Job Summary

Oversees and supervisors the Police and Security team with primary emphasis placed on the protection of life and asset. Directs personnel involved in establishing, promoting, and maintaining hospital security. Maintains efficient and effective department operation and does so while adhering to all federal and state regulatory standards.

Position Details

*Relevant experience may be a combination of related work experience and degree obtained (Associate's Degree = 2 years; Bachelor's Degree = 4 years).

• Act 120 Training or equivalent (PA State Police Academy, out of state law enforcement academy, Federal Law enforcement academy).

• Act 235 certification ( prerequisite).

• Chosen applicant's role is contingent upon successful completion of any related background checks and court petitions

Pennsylvania Act 501 Private Police Designation within 6 months - Pennsylvania State Police; Pennsylvania Act 235 Certification within 6 months - Pennsylvania State Police; Valid Driver's License - Default Issuing Body; Basic Life Support Certification within 6 months - Default Issuing Body
