About the Role

This position is responsible for leading strategic partnerships for IU Health Medical Group West Region. It ensures alignment between internal teams and external partners, fosters valuable relationships, and oversees administrative priorities such as recruitment, financial analysis, and operations. The role involves managing initiative execution, supporting management, evaluating new opportunities, and collaborating with stakeholders through market analysis and outreach to drive strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads the management of existing partnerships to ensure strategic alignment between internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Strengthens IU Health's relationships with key collaborators, ensuring partnerships continue to deliver mutual value.
• Drives strategic administrative priorities, including recruitment, financial analysis, and operational planning.
• Acts as project manager for approved initiatives, and in select cases, supports execution of projects led by other Business Development team members.
• Provides alliance management expertise during the evaluation phase of potential opportunities.
• Conducts market and business data analysis to inform strategic business cases.
• Engages with stakeholders to refine recommendations and identify potential challenges or barriers.
• Contributes to industry and market outreach activities that shape and support new opportunity development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Proven project management and relationship-building skills
• Experience operating within a complex, matrixed organizational structure.
• Bilingual Korean and English preferred.
