The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of non-exempt and exempt employees, while managing the day-to-day operations and financial performance of at least one subspecialty practices, with additional oversight of at least two locations within the region.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide strategic direction and operational guidance to specialty facilities within the region.
2. Develop and implement standardized operational processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and productivity.
3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
4. Collaborate with finance and administration teams to develop and manage operational budgets, forecasts, and financial performance targets.
5. Monitor revenue cycle processes, including billing, coding, and collections, to optimize revenue generation and financial sustainability.
6. Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies to maximize resource utilization and minimize expenses.
7. Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, including healthcare providers, administrators, and support staff.
8. Serve as a representative of the organization at regional meetings, conferences, and events to enhance visibility and reputation.
9. Manges the OKR/Goal setting for those in the Management Incentive Plan in a manner that encourages both individual and team results.
10. Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling, billing, and medical records mgmt.
11. Recruit, train, and supervise administrative and clinical support staff.
12. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
13. Collaborate with healthcare providers and clinical staff to implement quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care outcomes.
14. Responsible for the ongoing development of employee engagement initiatives.

Education and Experience
1. Education: Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration required. In lieu of an Associate's degree, minimum five years of experience in healthcare leadership is required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
2. Licensure: RN may be required for management of certain practices for ODH requirements
3. Certification: Certificate in Healthcare Management required within two years of the role.
4. Years of relevant experience: Minimum of 5 years in healthcare leadership, preferably in an ambulatory practice management setting, required.
