IU Health Arnett has an excellent opportunity for a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our busy team located in West Lafayette, Indiana.

Join our team centric Pediatrics group and be part of a high functioning, patient oriented team.

Role details:  

• 100% Outpatient position, no call
• 50% at Ferry Street location and 50% at Greenbush Street location 
• Schedule:  full-time (36 patient facing hours/week), days 
• Some Saturday clinics during "sick" season months (September through May)
• See all kids from newborn to early adult ages; appointment types range from well-child and sick visits, to behavioral health consultations and sports physicals.
• Behavioral and/ or sports therapy (concussions treatment) specialty experience of high value
• The atmosphere of this practice is everyone helping everyone to provide the best patient care; team-building activities throughout the year include carry-in lunches, an annual team picnic, and the opportunity to be a part of a large healthcare system where team members are valued

Requirements:

• Certified/ Eligible Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
• If new graduate, must have 5 years related pediatric RN experience
• Must have excellent communication, critical thinking, interpersonal and planning skills
• Hardworking, proactive and a team player that is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care
• Consistent and consecutive employment or training history
• Masters degree required
• IN license or eligible
• Committed to life long learning and open to change
