We're hiring at Missouri Baptist Medical Center.  The practice manager will be part of a team supporting a primary care and endocrinology group. We are a high volume, high opportunity clinic supporting 8 physicians and advanced practice providers. 

This role supervises and mentors Lead MAs, PSRs, LPN and RN positions while managing budgets, staffing levels, and patient concerns.

2 years of medical group experience required 

Lean Methodology, EPIC and leadership experience preferred. 

Endocrinology practice experience is a plus.

Internal Medicine Specialists is located in Town & Country, MO on the campus of Missouri Baptist Medical Center and focuses on Internal Medicine and Geriatrics.

Role Purpose

The Practice Manager is assigned to an ambulatory site working under the guidance of a Practice Administrator and is responsible for the day-to-day clinic operations. Responsibilities include: direct supervision of approximately 15-25 clinical and non-clinical staff, managing patient experience and supporting/coordinating financial and administrative activities as assigned.
