SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Penn State Health Lime Spring Clinic is located in iconic Lancaster, PA! Acting primarily as a general medicine office with Orthopedics, Endocrinology, and Infectious Diseases as featured sub-specialties, the Lime Spring Clinic is seeking a Medical Office Associate to join the team. This clinic sees an average of 300 patients/day. The hired Medical Office Associate will be expected to fulfill their regular work schedule as well as work one late evening/week and complete a Saturday rotation once a month. The Medical Office Associate will be expected to check patients in and out of appointments, schedule follow-up appointments, verify demographics and insurance, as well as issue no-show letters to patients who have missed appointments.
