SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Provides routine administrative support for the department. Performs a variety of administrative tasks, including maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings and events, arranging travel, and acts as a liaison between the department and all internal and external partners, including any accompanying communication materials, such as agendas, flyers, promotional materials, and email correspondence. Will work with a moderate amount of supervision and be accountable to the department leaders' expectations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
High school diplomas or equivalent education
Minimum two (2) years experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
Microsoft proficiency level: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
