Schedule: Temporary position- Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

About the Role

The Human Resources Specialist supports HR consultants and team members with administrative tasks, manages reports and high-volume data, and handles sensitive employee information confidentially. They collaborate with the HR team to deliver high-quality customer service and professionally represent the department.

Qualifications

* High School Diploma/GED required.
* Bachelors Degree or equivalent years of experience preferred.
* One to three years of job related experience in a confidential environment preferred.
* Previous Human Resource experience preferred.
* Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred.
* Knowledge and understanding of regulations and laws (e.g. FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.).
* Basic proficiency in MS office required (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
