We invite applications for Board Certified or Eligible Anesthesiologist to join our team in Portland, Oregon. Our ideal candidate will have a the ability to provide high-quality, comprehensive care. You will join an integrated and compassionate team of physicians, CRNAs and supportive clinical and administrative staff.
What You Can Expect:
- Anesthesia care team model with a combination of medical supervision and sitting your own cases
- You will provide coverage at 3-4 locations, OB at two sites, with a primary home base
- No 24hr call; Amazing 1:23 night call ratio; 1 weekend every 2 months
- Shift lengths are variable; Current shifts range 6-14hrs
- Cases include neuro/spine, vascular, ENT, ortho, general surgery, plastics, urology, thoracic, robot, spinal, epidural, OB, non-OR sites, and pediatric opportunities. No hearts or trauma
Minimum Requirements:
- Prefer a minimum of three years post-residency experience but will consider candidates with less
- You must have essential skills including the ability to work independently in the operating room and frequently provide solo, one-on-one care to patients with multiple co-morbidities and complex medical conditions as well as strong skills in invasive clinical monitoring

The annual salary for this position is $441,800 - $502,000 which considers an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
