Location: Reno, Nevada (Western Pathology Consultants)

Days: Monday - Friday

Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 1 hour lunch

Full Time/Benefit Eligible

In this role, you will:

• Provide patients and clients exceptional service in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Support the laboratory team, management, sales, and pathologists.
• Perform data entry of women's health and routine pathology specimens, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform medical billing tasks, in conjunction with the laboratory's regional billing team.
• Work in a laboratory and office environment.
• May help callers understand their billing charges.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.

All you need is:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Medical billing experience is preferred
• Exceptional communication skills
• Top notch typing proficiency (at least 35wpm), including 10-key
• Professional communication skills, written and spoken
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
