About the Opportunity
Are you looking to break into the medical field and make a meaningful impact from day one? As a Patient Care Tech, you don?t need any prior medical experience-we?ll train you from the ground up. If you're compassionate, reliable, and eager to learn, this is your opportunity to start a rewarding career in medicine with full support every step of the way.
You'll support patients and clinical teams through hands-on care, vital sign monitoring, and essential administrative tasks-all while gaining real-world experience in a dynamic, high-quality healthcare environment. You will complete your Medical Assistant certification at the end of the program which will enable you to work directly with a provider.

What You?ll Do
Measure and record vital signs-keeping a close watch on what matters most.
Ensure accurate documentation in patients' Electronic Health Records (EHR).
Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and ready for action.
Assist providers and clinical teams in delivering excellent patient care.
Sanitize tools and prepare rooms for procedures-your attention to detail keeps us safe and efficient.
Learn skills for performing vaccines and lab draws, EKG and more.
Support administrative and operational functions to ensure smooth patient experiences.

What You?ll Need
Experience:
Medical terminology knowledge is a plus, but not required-we?ll train you!
Licensure/Certification:
No certifications required to apply.
Tech Skills:
Basic computer skills required (we?ll help you get up to speed within 90 days).
Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Pay is based upon relevant education and experience per hour.

Our 24/7 emergency department in Vail is a Level III Trauma Center with a nearby helipad for necessary medical transports.
