Individual will report to the Director of Finance and will supervise the daily functions of the finance department staff. The individual will assist in the preparation of the Companyâ™s annual budget process. The individual will take part in the development and production of all monthly operational reporting. This position will be a key liaison with the region, corporate departments, the accounting staff and senior management.

• Assist in the preparation and coordination of the Companyâ™s annual budget process
• Help lead the continued improvement and automation of the budget process
• Own the existing Cognos EP financial planning tool and provide extensive knowledge of key reporting systems
• Develop and produce all monthly financial reports
• Build key supporting reports for the regions and corporate departments
• Assist in the production and development of senior management reporting package
• Work closely with accounting to identify and solve issues during the monthly closing process
• Assist in the development of the monthly and quarterly forecasts
• Liaison with many areas of the Company to provide timely support and proactive feedback on all issues
• Provide solid leadership and development for the finance staff

Experience/Education:

• 8-10 years experience of financial analysis and budgeting â“ accounting related experience is a plus
• 2-4 years of solid supervisory experience
• Healthcare experience is preferred
• Bachelorâ™s Degree in Finance or Accounting

Hardware/Software:

• Strong working knowledge of Excel
• Experience with a budgeting system is needed â“ Cognos software experience is preferred
• Experience with an accounting system is preferred â“ Lawson software experience is a plus
• Brio and Crystal Reports
