We have an excellent opportunity for a motivated pediatric dentist to join our aggressively growing, high-quality, multi-specialty group practice in Southeastern North Carolina. This area is desperately underserved, with only 176 pediatric dentists in the state!  We have more than 1.5 million school-aged children.  Of these children, 46% are Medicaid, and North Carolina remains in the top 10% of Medicaid reimbursement rates in the country.    A pediatric dentist in this area can be assured he or she will actually use the skills learned in his/her specialty and contribute a much-needed service.

At Village Family Dental, our patient base varies greatly, as we provide excellent treatment to infants, children, adolescents, teens, adults, and those with special needs. Our dedication to progress motivates us to grow to better accommodate our community at every opportunity.

Village Family Dental, is comprised of ten state-of-the-art facilities in the Fayetteville area. A newly trained pediatric dentist can plug into the system established in our multi-specialty group and begin to immediately apply his/her skills and effectively achieve above-average production.  This position offers significant income potential.  Our experienced team of office and ASC schedulers ensure maximum production for our providers, and our partners believe in the philosophy of ensuring their associates are rewarded with production first.  Continuity of care is important to us.  Currently, we average 1100 new patients each month!
