Job Summary

​Responsible for driving income and performance for a defined portfolio of healthcare solutions and services with partner health systems.

Job Duties

• Leads team of +10 to deliver portfolio of health system pharmacy channel business cases (e.g. specialty, infusion, 340B optimization, and pharmacy operating model), implementation plans, and operational go-lives across partner health systems
• Serves as key point of contact for partner health system executive leadership
• Drives project portfolio to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives
• Effectively represents Geisinger Pharmacy to external parties and understands areas of mutual value creation
• Leads team in development of deliverables including financial modeling, 340B structure, clinic workflows, implementation plans, and roadmaps
• Manages portfolio of projects ensuring partner system key milestones are met including capital allocation and home infusion pharmacy go-live
• 15% nation-wide travel may be required
