Full-time Family Medicine Physician opportunity to join an experienced team in Freeland, Michigan. Take over a patient panel for a retiring physician in a growing community. Located within the MyMichigan Health Park Freeland the family medicine team has easy access to specialists in Cardiology and Rheumatology, outpatient services such as radiology and rehabilitation, Urgent Care & Occupational Health. Enjoy flexible scheduling models and a large call group with a nurse triage line.
- Patient & Procedure Mix: All aspects of family medicine: the physical, emotional, and social health from birth through adulthood, including health services ranging from preventive health care to the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic diseases.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Call: 1:5 with nurse triage line support
Requirements
- U.S. medical degree or foreign equivalent
- Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine
- Successful completion of an ACGME approved residency
- Must have or be eligible for an unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Michigan and a Controlled Substance License
