Emergency Medical Technician (Clinic Support) Overview

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Coordinates and monitors patient appointments for provider visits, and procedure(s).
• Delivers patient care within scope of EMT role as delegated by the RN to assigned patient population, or individual patient.
• Communicates effectively with patients and other members of the healthcare team.
• Provides patient instruction as delegated.
• Demonstrates ability to provide care or service adjusting approaches to reflect developmental level of population served.
• Performs other duties including Performance Goals developed by manager and employee and reported in the employee's Performance Review as part of UMPhysicians' Performance Management tools

Minimum Qualifications:

• Licensed as Basic Emergency Medical Technician in state of Minnesota.
• CPR certified
• BLS certified

Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Shifts vary depending on clinic, Monday - Friday, 7am-6pm

Sign-On Bonus: $3000 Sign-On Bonus (Bonus may be available to qualified applicants)

Compensation:

22.47 - 32.5 USD Hourly
