Job Summary
Optimize supply chain operations by utilizing data and analytical tools to enhance operations, excluding pharmaceutical and labor spend. Primary focus is on improving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and reliability in supply chain by collecting and analyzing data regarding material and product movements within the organization. Establish relationships with finance partners, operational teams, and other departments to create efficient and effective processes.

Position Details
Prefer Healthcare experience in a hospital environment with Supply Chain experience
Strong analytical and quantitative skills to evaluate and interpret complex data effectively
Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports to track KPIs such as patient volumes, cost per encounter, and contribution margins
Utilize supply chain management software, ERP Systems, and data analysis tools, particularly Excel
Collaborate with clinical, operational, and executive leadership to interpret data
Conduct variance analysis and root cause investigations related to performance and cost effectiveness
Present findings in a clear, concise manner to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong excel skills, Pivot tables and intermediate to advance formulas.
Job Duties
Data analysis using software to interpret large datasets
Identifies potential expense savings by reviewing products cost.
Develop reports and charts to present trends and assist management in decision making.
Identifies opportunities for expense management and process improvements.
Develops financial tools and templates to support business processes, analytical capabilities, and activity tracking.
Maintains appropriate documentation of analytical processes and targets.
Ensure that all work is performed in an auditable fashion.
Reviews, refines, and automates department procedures to improve workflow efficiency.
Develops strong finance and business partner relationships to understand needs and provide actionable analysis.
